FLY AROUND THE 5K
The 5K distance has never been so popular – why not try it on the roads of Frome to get that fab five feeling? Using the first 2.2 miles of the half marathon course and 10K before you split, you’ll be amongst 1000+ runners giving you the big city race experience in this beautiful town and surrounding villages. Whether you’re pushing for a storming 5K personal best or making Frome your first attempt at a 5K finish, you’ll find people of all paces to keep you going.
A single 5K loop takes you from Frome Town Football Club through two residential areas where locals are out on their front lawns to give you the support you need, before you head back in on Berkley Road and into the football club for your home-straight glory. Watch out for race photographers trying to catch you at your best!
Superb souvenir medals await you, with replenishing snacks and drinks to kickstart your recovery. Grab a finisher’s photo on our podium before you leave and watch out for confirmation of your result within hours of the race.
